Its been a pretty busy month for us, I have to admit. Jessica settled right back in. We are pretty much paperless finally in 2012. We started a new part timer. I have to count my blessings we are bigger, we are busier. We might pretty much have good team. We have a hard time with the part timers staying around. We are now in Pa, NJ, DE and MD. Michele is licensed in all those states, Charlie is licensed in Pa, NJ and DE. We now have three notaries. Jessica and Charlie are notaries in Pa. Michele is a notary in De and Pa. We have made some good contacts. We have facebook pages for all our offices. We have a new website with a new webmistress, Diane. We have part timers in our NJ office now.
Though i do not still recommend starting your own buisness, i am greatful for what we have.
Rainy days and leap days help us catch up and take a breathe

A reason not to drink and drive or let someone drunk drive your car...
In New Jersey, the DWI laws punish not only a drunk driver but the person who let the drunk driver use their car. You have to read Title 39:4-50. I was shocked when I read it.
The law reads:
a person who… permits another person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, narcotic, hallucinogenic or habit-producing drug to operate a motor vehicle owned by him or in his custody or control or permits another to operate a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or more"
In English, if you permit someone to drive the car that is registered to you or a rental car you rented, then you can be charged with a DWI. If found guilty, the penalties are the same as if you were convicted for a DWI. Even worse, if you had a prior DUI or DWI, then that prior conviction can be used to treat you as a second DWI offender.
As a first offender in New Jersey, the penalties include license suspension, fines and surcharges, intoxicated driver classes and the ignition interlock device. Second offender status means that the license suspension is for two years and there is also mandatory jail-time.
